Through the development and use of the new TET heating system, it is possible to enter the heating energy absolutely evenly throughout the entire length of the rotating roasting drum into the product.
The coloring during the roasting has a crucial importance in the roasting of malts. Here you can find all specialty malts such as crystal malt, caramel malt and black malt or other malting qualities. Especially when roasting black malt with EBC values> 1400 it is necessary to control the color development via special process control in such a way that black color pigments and no burnt product parts are produced.
The roasting system GMRS brings with it all the necessarytechnical and procedural necessities. Batch operation of the plant makes it possible to sei and control the process parameters in such a way that the desired color can be produced with extremely high repeatability.
